ORDER
This writ petition is directed against the order dated 05.04.2010 passed by the first respondent, whereby, the appeal preferred by the petitioner under Section 70 of the Chit Funds Act, 1982 against the exparte award passed by the arbitrator in ARC No.712/2005, was rejected on the ground of delay. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the third respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner had already paid the entire amount due to the third respondent and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
3.Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
