Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider and dispose the representation of the petitioners dated 19.10.2020 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 19.10.2020, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the cancellation of patta issued in favour of respondents 4 and 5 and for a consequential relief of restoring the patta in its original form.

2. Mr. Mani Gopi, learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 2nd respondent has already called the parties for enquiry on 8.12.2020 at 3 p.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioners can be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents .

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 2nd respondent has already called the parties for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct the enquiry after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioners and respondents 4 and 5 and shall pass orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
