This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14197 of 2022 on 20.06.2022 to appear before the trial court viz., Principal District and Sessions Court, Chengalpet, Chengalpet District daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the trial court viz., Principal District and Sessions Court, Chengalpet, Chengalpet District on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. until further orders.
