ASHA, J, The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 143 days in filing the above appeal against the Jugement and award dated 12.03.2019 passed in MCOP No.271 of 2017 (Ariyalur Principal District Court MCOP 308 of 2015) on the file of Sub Court Jayankondam.

2. Mr. M.J.Vijayaraghvan, takes notice on behalf of the respondent/insurance company.

3. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay.

Hence, the delay is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.M.J.Vijayaraghvan, for the respondent when the matter is listed for admission.
