This petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for his act of the willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.17596 of 2020 dated 10.12.2020.

2.At the time of hearing, the learned Government Counsel produced the proceedings of the respondent dated 18.10.2021 and submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. A copy of the proceedings shall be furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent, it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
