This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri to consider the bail application of the petitioners in connection with the First Information Report in Cr.No.103 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent police on the very same date of their surrender and to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law.
2. In view of Section 15A of the SC & ST Act, the prayer in this petition cannot be acceded and therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial court to consider the bail petition without any violations of the provisions of the Act. 26.06.2024 Vv To 2/4
