This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by an order dated 15.05.2025, has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15236 of 2025. However in the order copy, the sections have been wrongly mentioned as 329(4), 296(b), 115(2), 118(1) and 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 read with Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act instead of 329(4), 296(b), 115(2), 118(1) and 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 read with Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, and the same requires to be rectified. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue order copy afresh. Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions.
