This contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order dated 11.01.2021 passed in W.P. No.423 of 2021.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that the aforesaid order has been complied with by the respondents.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication and accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed.
