PRAYER IN C.R.P.No.954/2009: Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 25 of the Tamilnadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act to set aside the judgment and decree dated 17.04.2007 made in R.C.A.No.1053 of 2005 on the file of the VII Judge, Small Causes

Court, Madras, reversing the order of eviction dated 09.08.2005 made in R.C.O.P.No.1973 of 2002 on the file of the XI Court of Small Causes, Chennai.
