The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

This petition having been listed under the caption "For being mentioned" on 11.02.2015 in pursuant to the order of this court dated 09.01.2015 and made herein in the presence of the aforesaid counsel, the court made the following order;

It is brought to our notice that by clerical mistake, opportunity granted to the petitioner to take recourse to the appropriate forum could not find a place in the order.

2. We have examined the order as well as documents. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, we find, is correct. Accordingly, liberty is granted to the petitioner to take recourse to the apporpriate forum.
