It is represented by Mr.P.Rajendran, learned counsel for the petitioner that the sole petitioner died on 28.11.2014, and he is not in a position to secure the particulars of the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner. In view of the same, the writ petition cannot be continued in the absence of bringing the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner on record.

2. In the circumstances, the writ petition is closed as abated leaving it open to the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner to file appropriate application, if they are so advised. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
