2. The petitioner has filed objections against the opening of TASMAC liquor outlet in the petition mentioned site. As per the amended statutory rules, the District Collector is obliged to consider any objection and pass speaking order.

3. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 08.05.2025 on merits and in accordance with law. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
