..Respondents Prayer: This Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records relating to the proceedings of the second respondent dated nil in respect of service connection in S.T.No.309-010-5665 at No.68-A, (New No.65), New Street, Poonamallee, Chennai 600 056 and quash the same and direct the second respondent to restore the electricity supply to the above service connection.
