This writ petition has been filed to direct the 4th respondent, to consider the representation dated 20.05.2019 made to the respondents 1 to 4, in reference to the FIR in Crime No.376 of 2018, dated 21.06.2018, on the file of the 4th respondent.

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
