This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to offer police protection to the Annual General Body Meeting to be held on 22.03.2015.
2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that police protection will be given to the petitioner for conducting Annual General Body Meeting to be held on 22.03.2013 on payment of cost.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to approach the respondent for the cost to be paid on or before 19.03.2015.
4. On deposit of the said amount, the necessary police protection may be given.
