A.No.2877 of 2022 in C.S.No.318 of 2020 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J This application is presented by the plaintiff for permission to exhibit the additional documents described in the schedule to the Judge's summons.

2. The suit is at the pre-trial stage. Learned counsel for the applicant states that these documents are necessary for purposes of establishing the suit claim. It is further stated that these documents are derived from documents and pleadings already on record. Learned counsel for the first and second defendants oppose this application on the ground that these documents were available with the plaintiff at the time of institution of the suit.

3. Considering the nature of the documents and stage of the suit, the applicant has established reasonable cause.
