COMMON PRAYER: Civil Revision Petitions filed under Section 25 of the Tamilnadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act 1960 against the judgment and decrees dated 17.04.2007 made in R.C.A.Nos.134 of 2003 on the file of the VII Judge, Small Causes Court, Madras, reversing the order dated 24.10.2002 made in R.C.O.P.No.1997 of 2001 on the file of the XII Small Causes Court, Madras.

C O M M O N O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioner filed memo in the above Civil Revision petitions stating that the respondent has recognised the petitioner as their landlord.
