2. The applicant is the claimant before the arbitral tribunal. It is submitted that the matter is at the stage of final arguments. Therefore, a request is made for extension by three months.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents is present and has no objection to this application being allowed.

4. By taking into account the current stage of the arbitral proceedings, this application is allowed and the time for conclusion of such proceedings by pronouncement of award in respect thereof is extended by a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
