This application has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14251 of 2022 on 21.06.2022 that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.590 of 2022 before the concerned Magistrate.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the one of the conditions imposed as against the petitioner, that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.590 of 2022 before the concerned Magistrate, is deleted and the other conditions shall remain intact.
