Heard Mr.R.Saravakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the respondent.

2. With the consent of either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the respondent to conduct the survey and mark the boundaries in respect of his land comprised in Survey No.411/1A as per Patta No.1960, measuring an extent of 0.48.6 Ares, situated at Siruthavur Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

4. The petitioner is having a valid patta for the land in in Survey No.411/1A as per Patta No.1960, measuring an extent of 0.48.6 Ares, situated at Siruthavur Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Kancheepuram https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

District. Seeking to survey the said land and mark the boundaries, he sent a representation dated 27.01.2015 to the respondent. However, nothing has been forthcoming so far. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

5. Considering the limited nature of the prayer sought for, there will a be direction to the respondent to conduct the survey and mark the boundaries within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
