This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 08.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15899 of 2022 shall stay at Pennagaram and report before the Inspector of Police, Pennagaram Police Station, Dharmapuri daily at 10.30 a.m.

and 5.30 p.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.
