This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2024 for correction of UDR patta. 1/4

2. It is the case of the petitioner the petitioner is the absolute owner of the property, however, during the UDR scheme, patta is granted for lesser extent. In this regard, he has made a representation to the respondents on 12.04.2024, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the first is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.04.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
