ORDER

Both the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Senior Counsel for the respondent submitted that the matter has already been settled out of Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these Civil Revision Petitions and filed a memo to that effect.

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for

the petitioners as well as the memo, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
