Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus 1)to direct a full and fair investigation of the case by a competent authority to be named by this Court, 2)to direct the 5th respondent to submit the alleged secretly recorded conversation tapes, CDs., etc. to this Court to secure the same, 3)to direct the 6th respondent to furnish the call records of deceased Palanisamy, 4)to direct the 4th respondent police to file new FIR with regard to the alleged scam in the Tamil Nadu Housing Board, 5) to direct the 4th respondent police to include the abettors to the suicide in the FIR.

O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that really speaking what the petitioner seeks is the land of the Tamil Nadu Housing Board should be utilised in accordance with norms. The prayer clause, however, does not tally with this nor the substance of the petition. He, thus, seeks to withdraw this petition, with liberty to file a proper petition in accordance with law. 2.Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
