Mr.S.C.Vishwanth, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a submission that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition, since the petitioner has taken a decision to approach the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India under Section 38 of the Advocates Act, 1961 which is the proper course. He also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

Thus, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition. Registry is directed to return the original impugned order to the Counsel on record.
