ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the father of the detenue - Shobana Devi, aged 24 years. This petition has been filed by him seeking a direction to the 1st respondent for production of the detenue.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenue was produced before the concerned Police Station and she had expressed her willingness to go with the petitioner, who is her father. We have also perused the copy of the statement given by the detenue to the police.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this Habeas Corpus Petition and the same is accordingly closed setting the detenue at liberty.
