The petitioner was terminated by the District Manager, Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as TASMAC). The order dated 23.01.2014 terminating him from service was challenged before the respondent by way of statutory appeal. The present request is to direct the respondent to consider and dispose of the said appeal on merits.

2. The respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 23.01.2014 on the file of District Manager, TASMAC on merits and as per law. 3. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
