W.M.P.No.18706 of 2024 in W.P.No. 23082 of 2021 DR.D.NAGARJUN. J Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. No representation on behalf of the respondents.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that 17B wages as already ordered by this Court on 01.11.2021 were paid until April 2023 and from the month of May 2023 the respondents have committed default in paying 17B wages.

3. Considering the above, the respondents are directed to clear of all the outstanding 17B wages to be paid from May 2023 onwards within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
