Challenging the award dated 29.06.2009, the present original petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submits that the dispute is resolved and he has also produced the demand draft bearing No.952008910 dated 15.11.2017 drawn on Vijaya Bank for a sum of Rs.40,000/-. He further submits that recording the same, the original petition may be disposed of.
