This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9804 of 2022 on 27.04.2022 to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner complied the conditions only from 29.04.2022 to 23.05.2022 and thereafter not complied.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police twice in a week, i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m.

until further orders.
