ORDER

2.The Tahsildar, Kalasapakkam Taluk, has passed an order under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 (Tamil Nadu Act III of 1905) against the petitioner herein. 3.Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed an appeal under Section 10 of the Act on 25.04.2025 before the District Collector, Tiruvannamalai.

4.The Appellate Authority is directed to dispose of the petitioner's 2/4

appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till the appeal is disposed of, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner. 5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
