(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 147, 148, 294(b), 324 & 307 of IPC, in Crime No.2970 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has already arrested and remanded under judicial custody.
3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for the petitioner has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
