Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation given by the petitioner to the respondents dated 11.03.2021 and to fix the regular time scale of pay as Rs.4,800/- - Rs.10,000/- + Rs.1,300/- with effect from the date of appointment i.e., 11.10.2007 with all service and monetary benefits in the light of G.O.Ms.No.50 dated 08.03.2019.
