PRAYER: Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 439 of Criminal Procedure Code to enlarge the petitioners on bail in Crime No.1701 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. For Petitioners : Mr.G.Magesh Kumar For Respondent : Mr.T.Shunmugarajeswaran Government Advocate (Crl. Side) *** C O M M O N O R D E R (The cases have been heard through video conference) The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.08.2020 & 19.08.2020 respectively for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii), 307, 302 of IPC in Crime No.1701 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He would submit that this Court had granted bail to the co-accused in Crl.OP.No.17200 of 2020 on 09.11.2020 and hence, he prays for the grant of bail to the petitioners.
3. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners along with the main accused committed murder of the deceased Dora Karthick. He would submit that as far as these petitioners are concerned, they have three previous cases against them and hence, he seeks the dismissal of this petition.

4. Taking into Consideration the fact that it is the case where the deceased was brutally assaulted by the petitioners and that each of them got three previous cases against them, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
