2015-10-26Honourable Mr Justice N. Kirubakaran2 pages

W.P.No.5835 of 2015 N. KIRUBAKARAN,J.

This Court has directed the first and second respondents to enforce the lock and seal the premises. However, this Court has granted time to the third respondent to file an affidavit regarding the alternative arrangement and time required by him to do it. 2.When the matter is called for reporting compliance, an affidavit has been filed by the third respondent seeking six months time to restore their possession for residential occupation. Paragraph No.3 of the affidavit filed by the third respondent reads as follows:- "3. I will not seek any equity or right in this regard and willing to abide by the order of the Court and I foresee the process can be completed within the reasonable period of 6 months from this date. Hence, this Hon'ble Court taking into the consideration of the situation extend the indulgence by granting 6 months time to restore the residential occupation in the disputed premises and thus render justice."

3.In view of that, the first and second respondents are directed not to enforce the lock and seal as per paragraph No.11 of the order of this court dated 26.10.2015. Six months time upto 30.04.2016 is granted to the third respondent. Hence, no further order is necessary. 30.10.2015 ari
