The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to return the petitioner's documents lying with him, relating to the proceeding pending before the Settlement Commission in Settlement Application No.S.A.(E) No.4/2005 (File No.C.No.V/15/4/2005-SC) at an early date.

2. Heard Mr.B.Ravneendran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.P.Srinivas, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Mr.A.P.Srinivas, learned counsel would submit that most of the papers have been returned to the petitioner long back. The learned counsel fairly submitted that if any paper is left out, they would be traced and given back to the petitioner, subject to payment https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of usual charges payable.

4. Recording the submission by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. It is needless to mention that if any paper is traced out, the same shall be returned to the petitioner, on payment of usual charges.
