ORDER
The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent, viz., the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Coimbatore to dispose of the industrial dispute in I.D.No.51 of 2010 within a stipulated time.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the industrial dispute is pending since 2010, the Labour Court, Coimbatore has not disposed of the same till this date.
3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the first respondent, viz., the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Coimbatore, to dispose of the I.D.No.51 of 2010, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
