Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to immediately survey and lay boundaries to the petitioner land on the basis of the petitioner application sent through online in Application No.2019/0105/32/061179 dated 27.06.2019 for the petitioner land situated at S.No.175/5 to an extent of 1.90 Acres out of 18.90 Acres in patta No.781 Anikadavoo Village, Udumalaipettai Taluk, Tiruppur District.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct a survey and lay the boundary stones based on the application submitted by the petitioner on 27.06.2019 with respect to the subject property.
2. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the first respondent has already fixed a date for preliminary enquiry for conducting the survey in the subject property on 04.12.2020 at 11.00 AM. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
along with all the relevant documents. The learned counsel further made a representation to the effect that the petitioner can be directed to clear the bushes in order to enable the respondents to carry out the survey.
3. In reply to the said submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will remove the bushes and clear the property to make it more convenient for the respondents to conduct survey.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the first respondent has already called the petitioner for preliminary enquiry for the purpose of conducting the survey, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to complete the entire process within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
