This application has been filed to grant leave to sue in respect of the 7th respondent herein and 7th defendant in C.S.D.No.80572 of 2026. 2.The suit is for declaration in respect of the properties situated within the jurisdiction of this Court. However, the 7th defendant is having his office outside the jurisdiction of this Court in Sholinganallur Taluk. However, the __________Page 2 of 5

cause of action arises within the jurisdiction of this Court. Hence, I am inclined to grant leave as prayed for.

3.Accordingly, leave is granted and this application is ordered as prayed for.

4.The learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to move the next vacation Court.
