This application has been filed to dispense with the issuance of the statutory notice under Section 80 CPC to the respondents 1 to 7. 2.There are official defendants against whom reliefs are sought for in the suit. The affidavit filed in support of the application discloses urgency in __________Page 2 of 5

moving an interim application to protect the possession of the applicant/plaintiff. I find from the affidavit that, even earlier, the applicant has moved the Writ Court and pending proceedings before the Writ Court, the applicant has filed the present plaint to protect his possession. Therefore, I am inclined to dispense with the notice under Section 80 CPC. 3.Accordingly, this application is ordered as prayed for.
