The petitioner has filed this petition to enlarge the petitioners on bail in the event of arrest by the Respondent Police in Crime No.747 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 14.09.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 16.09.2021. When the matter was taken for hearing on 16.09.2021, once again there is no representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 20.09.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.
