ORDER

Since the petitioner's representation dated 07.05.2021 has not been disposed by the respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed by directing the third respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 07.05.2021 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. In case, the petitioner is indeed entitled to minimum family pension of Rs.7,850/- with effect from 04.09.2017, the respondents are directed to pay arrears together with interest at 12% as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
