[ Respondents ] Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to supply Petrol and Diesel to the petitioner for the payment made through RTGS Receipt No.14851926 dated 16.09.2014 and further to pay compensation of Rs.5 00 000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) towards loss of income due to the act of the respondent.

The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondents to supply Petrol and Diesel to the petitioner for the payment made through RTGS Receipt No.14851926 dated 16.09.2014 and further to pay compensation of Rs.5 00 000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) towards loss of income due to the act of the respondent.

2. None appears for the petitioner.

3. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents has filed a memo to the effect that the Corporation has already revoked the order of suspension on 23.05.2015 and resumed the supplies on 29.05.2015.

4. In view of the subsequent events resulting in resumption of supplies, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

5. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
