Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order bearing Na.Ka.No.1470/96A9 dated 28.07.2000 passed by the second respondent insofar as it relates to treating the suspension period from 21.01.1997 to 26.07.2000 as punishment period; to quash the same and to consequently direct the second respondent to pay salary payable to the petitioner for the suspension period from 21.01.1997 to 26.07.2000 and to regularize the appointment of the petitioner from 01.06.1995 instead of 28.07.2000.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
