Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to approve and permit the petitioner college to fill up the sanctioned posts of 8 non-teaching staffs viz., Waterman-1, Watchman-2, Gardener-1, Herbarium Keeprer-1 and Sweeper-3 in the sanctioned vacancies in the Petitioner's College in the light of the order passed in W.P.(MD).No.1234 of 2014 dated 24.02.2015 in W.A.(MD).No.931 of 2018 dated 12.07.2018 and in Special Leave Petition SLP.No.323 of 2019 dated 18.01.2019 and approval given by the 1st respondent to the similar college vide proceedings Na.Ka.15064/G2/2021, dated 28.04.2021 with monetary and all other attendant and service benefits based on the proposal and representation given by the petitioner college dated 03.05.2021 & 16.08.2021.

ORDER

Appearing on behalf of the respondents, the learned Government Advocate submits that appropriate orders will be passed on the representations sent by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed by the directing the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner and dispose the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law and on merits. While passing such order, the respondents shall also consider the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD).No.25282 of 2019 vide order dated 26.07.2021.

3. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No Costs.
