Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the first respondent from registering the document presented by the second and third respondents on 03.02.2016 on the basis of the petitioner protest petition dated 05.02.2016 in respect of the property in Thiruvotriyur Municipal R.S.No.237/28, Plot No.38 in D.No.93C/37 with an extent of 1120 sq.ft. situated at T.S.Gopal Nagar, Poonthottam, Sydapettai Taluk, Thiruvallur District.
