ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. M.P. No.1066 of 2025 dated 16.04.2025 that "the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Attur daily at 10 a.m. except holidays until further orders (for a minimum period of 30 days) and on further condition that the petitioner shall make available herself for interrogation as and when required by the investigation officer".

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working as Personal Assistant to the Dean of Medical College ad she has complied the condition for 27 days and due to her work requirements, she was not able to appear on certain days and hence the condition may be relaxed.

petitioner has complied the condition for 27 days.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. M.P.
