The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he is not in a position to contact the petitioner inspite of his earnest efforts. Therefore, he submits that he is not in a position to state the present state of affairs.
2. However, considering the prayer sought for in this writ petition, which is in respect of the examination conducted as early as in the year 2004, I do not think anything survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon further, since this Court has not granted any interim order protecting the interest of the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
