ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed to direct the Respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2025 and to admit his daughter E.Yugatamil in Bal Vatika in Kendriya Vidyalaya Island Grounds Application No.325260028646252600080745, Serial No 4 and Lottery No 4.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has given representation on 15.04.2025 seeking admission in respondent's school and such representation is yet to be considered by them.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the respondents would fairly submit that they would consider the petitioner's representation within a reasonable time.

4. In such view of the matter, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the

petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2025 and pass order according to its own merits and in accordance with law. The respondents are directed to dispose of the representation within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
