This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to issue direction to the Respondent police to file final report in crime No.13 of 2016 on the file of Sendamangalam Police Station, Namakkal District within 4 weeks or within a time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.13 of 2016 has been registered and is being investigated by the respondent police.

3. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
